Break up your running into three parts. Start slowly, and build up to your usual pace. For the last part of your run, run as fast as your legs will let you. You can build up your endurance and run longer every time.

TIP! It is a good idea to work out outside as much as you possibly can. Do some laps at the pool, hike at the nearest state park or explore a new bike or jogging path.

When you are able, go outside to do your work. Activities like hiking, running on the sand, and playing sports are a great way to get some fresh air and fun as well as exercise. If your workouts are interesting, you will have an easier time completing them. Just being outdoors improves your thinking and lowers stress levels.
